Yes, we spoke about wellness routines, skincare rituals, and the ways collagen can support our bodies from the inside out. But what stood out most was how much we all gain from community. How a kind word, a shared experience, or simply sitting side by side can leave us feeling lighter, stronger, and more radiant than any serum ever could.
