This summer, Dose & Co. is coming together with community-led platform Her Thirties to bring you something a little different: a one-day, real-life pop-up event created to celebrate female friendship, connection, and showing up exactly as you are. It’s called A Dose of Connection, and you’re officially invited.
Taking place on Friday 1 August from 08:00–16:00, right in the heart of New Cathedral Street, Manchester, this free event will offer everything from iced collagen coffee and croissants to live interviews, luxury goody bags, and genuine, no-pressure ways to meet and connect with others - just in time for National Friendship Day.
Because connection isn’t just about scrolling, liking, or DMing. It’s about creating space for shared energy, spontaneous conversations, and being part of something that feels good. Whether you're showing up solo, meeting a friend, or just curious to experience something new, this event was made for you.
So, what is A Dose of Connection, exactly?
It’s a fresh take on the pop-up experience - one that encourages you to slow down, step away from the noise, and tap into the power of in-person moments. It’s also completely free to attend, no ticket needed. Just show up and let the morning unfold however you want it to.
