Salted Caramel Collagen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 250ml milk of choice
• 1 serving Dose & Co. Caramel Collagen Creamer
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 20g dark chocolate, finely chopped
• 1 tsp maple syrup, optional
• Small pinch of sea salt
• Cinnamon or chocolate shavings to serve

Method

1. Gently heat the milk in a saucepan until steaming, but don't allow it to boil.
2. Add the cocoa powder and dark chocolate and whisk until smooth and melted.
3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Caramel Collagen Creamer.
4. Add a small pinch of sea salt and maple syrup if you'd like it a little sweeter.
5. Pour into your favourite mug and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate shavings.
