Vanilla and Raspberry Muffins

1/2 cup Dose & Co Creamy Vanilla protein powder (can also use salted caramel)
1/4 cup almond flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon oil 


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on fan bake. Using oil, grease muffin pan pan and place aside. 
In a bowl mix the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs, maple syrup and milk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into the muffin pan. Place raspberries into mixture. 
Bake for 20 minutes. When the muffins have finished baking remove from muffin tray and let cool
