2 servings of Dose & Co collagen creamer
½ cup olive oil
1 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup jam
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a 20cm round pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.
Add eggs, oil, collagen, vanilla, and water and mix well.
Pour into oven tray and bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clear.
Let cool and slice the cake in half long ways.
Add a layer of jam and a layer of cream to the middle of cake.
Add top layer and top with cream and fresh berries.
